Employability is a central theme of all our courses and we aim to ensure that our students are innovative, creative and entrepreneurial, which helps make our graduates some of the most employable in Wales and the UK. We also actively encourage students to undertake a work placement year and, to date, our students have worked with leading organisations, including Microsoft, Rolls Royce and Tata. Many of our courses even offer an opportunity to study abroad at one of our partner institutions in France, Germany, Hong Kong and the USA.
A number of our lecturing staff are internationally renowned for their research, which helps ensure our courses are relevant and up-to-date. As such, the majority of our degree courses are fully accredited by professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and we are deemed a Centre of Excellence by the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).

The latest student survey showed a rise in satisfaction across a number of subject areas residing in the Glamorgan Business School. Business studies is rated 2nd in Wales whilst showing a significant increase in its score for the quality and availability of its learning resources.
